Miss Post on 2003/04/12:
„I knocked the cable modem off the computer just as my mother was coming up the stairs. I'd unplugged my brother's headphones from the back of the computer and I was clumsy, and as I re-attached the wires, my mother stopped in the doorway and said in this ridiculous voice that was charged with drama and A-HA! I'VE CAUGHT YOU NOW! triumph: "What are you doing?" My explanation had barely left my mouth before she was doing her classic 'disbelieving laughter' and saying "YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT?" as if plugging in the coaxial to a cable modem was actually some clever trickery I'd devised and just because she didn't believe what I said I was doing didn't mean that I hadn't done SOMETHING.“
